‘Wear It Pink’ Day
I’m writing to let you know that on Friday 26th October our school will be joining the fight against breast cancer by taking part in ‘Wear it Pink’ – Britain’s biggest, pinkest fundraising event.
On the day, we’ll be asking all our students and staff to wear something pink and bring in a small donation of £1 towards a fantastic cause – Breast Cancer Campaign.
The money we raise will help fund some of the world’s most promising breast cancer research projects and take us a step closer to finding a cure, so we’re really keen to get the whole school involved.
All you need to do now is remind your son/daughter to wear something pink, and bring in £1 to give to their mentor.
