Year 11 Girls Make Longhill Proud

Posted in: Latest News

Two of our students recently made Longhill High School proud due to their first aid efforts.

Lelo Dida and Georgie Williams, two of our Year 11 girls, came across a man having an epileptic fit on their way home from school. His son, who is in Year 5, knew what to do, putting him in the recovery position while Lelo and Georgie ran to assist him on Warren Road.

The man was taken to hospital and has made a healthy recovery. His son was so glad for their help and said they were “amazing” – and we agree! We are so proud of Lelo and Georgie for their compassion for somebody in need.
