Advanced Mathematics Support Programme
Last week, a team of four enthusiastic Year 10s represented Longhill High School at the annual AMSP (Advanced Mathematics Support Programme) Maths Feast. This is a competition between the strongest Mathematicians across a wide range of schools from Brighton and Hove. Whilst not victorious, the students certainly held their own and displayed great focus and mathematical skills. It was a great opportunity for some of our most able students to stretch themselves and to apply their knowledge to new puzzles and contexts, and hopefully we will be back next year!
