Covid Vaccinations ages 12-15: Friday 22nd October 2021
Good Afternoon,
All parents/carers have been sent a letter informing them how to give consent for our up and coming Covid Vaccination for 12-15 Year olds.
Please follow the instruction to give your consent. FAQ are on the form.
The link below gives you the list of ingredients in the vaccination.
Students will need to wear a short sleeved top and eat breakfast on the day of vaccination.
This vaccination is not available for this age group at the GP surgery.
GPs will be contacting clinically vulnerable children directly to offer vaccination and will not be doing routine COVID-19 vaccinations on healthy children.
