Letter issued to all Year 11 students about Mock Exams with exam timetable pdf an updated timetable has been issued to all students who are studying modern languages pdf November 2007
Dear Parent/Guardian
Year 11 Mocks – Monday 10 December to Friday 14 December 2007
Please find attached the timetable for the forthcoming Mock Examinations.
Students are expected to be in full uniform for all exams and will need to arrive in the Sportshall (via emergency door, not reception) at 8.15am for Session 1 exams and 10.55am for Session 2 exams. They will be issued with name cards which they should bring with them to each exam so that they can be registered.
It is the responsibility of all students to provide their own equipment. For example, their chances would be severely limited if they did not have a calculator for their Maths exam or indeed other exams.
When they are not in an exam students are expected to be at home revising. However, students with outstanding coursework will be required to remain in school during Period 5 until this has been completed. Teachers will inform individual students if they are one of these students.
There will be a supervised space available at school for quiet revision for those students who would prefer to study at school. I must emphasise that this is a quiet revision space and students who distract or disrupt others will be asked to leave. Students who arrive early for an exam should wait sensibly in the designated patio area.
Students will receive further details in an assembly on Monday 3 December 2007.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns.
Yours sincerely
Mrs J Woolcott Exams Co-ordinator
