Dear Parent/Guardian

Re:  Parent Governor Election 2007 – 2011

You are invited to vote in the above election in order to elect a Parent Governor to the Longhill School Governing Body.

Each parent/guardian is entitled to return one voting slip and vote for one person from the nominations detailed below.  Please mark the box with an ‘X’.  Every effort has been made to send home the correct number of voting slips.  If you think you have not received the correct number of voting slips please contact Mrs Thrush at the school.  Full details of who is eligible to vote are on the school website.

Voting slips should be returned in the envelopes provided, and must be returned by 3.00pm on Monday 17 December 2007 to Student Services.
