letter sent to all students about last week of term

Dear Parent/Guardian

I am writing to inform you of the arrangements for the end of term.

Friday 21 December 2007 - Students will be dismissed at lunchtime between 12.00 noon and 12.30pm.  There will not be any hot food available at lunchtime, so students will be allowed to use their free school meals pass at morning break.  There will not be any school buses at lunchtime.

                    17-20 December   Inter-house Football tournaments
Tuesday        18 December        Winning House Highest number of credits watching DVD P4 & P5                                                         Christmas lunch available
Wednesday   19 December        P1 & P2 Fundraising in Geography dept for Tsunami appeal
Thursday      20 December        Enterprise Day
Friday          21 December        Last day of term - Christmas Concert and whole school assembly

The new school term begins at 8.20am on Monday 7 January 2008.
