Letter sent home to all parents regarding Epi-pens.

Dear Parent/Carer

I am writing to inform you that all staff at the school have received training on the use of Epi-pens. In order to ensure that our records are up to date, can you please contact Mrs D Fogden in Student Services if your son/daughter carries an Epi-pen. You will be asked to give any additional details or any special instructions relating to your child’s medical condition.
