Dieppe Trip - invitation to information evening |
The following letter was sent to parents of all Year 8 students attending the trip to Dieppe.

Re: Dieppe Trip 2007
As the visit to Dieppe is approaching, I would like to invite you and your son/daughter to an information evening on Thursday 1 May at 6pm in the hall.
This will be a short but important meeting where a great deal of information will be given about the trip and all your questions will be answered.
I would like to remind some of you that the final payment is due by Friday 2 May.
If you haven’t already done so, could you please bring a completed medical form with you to the meeting as well as a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) (which has replaced the ‘old’ E11 system). This is compulsory for all students. If your son/daughter has not got an EHIC you need to obtain one either by applying on line at www.dh.gov.uk/travellers or by calling the EHIC Application Line on 0845 606 2030. Applying on line is quick and easy. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please send the form and EHIC to school via your son/daughter.
Please complete the slip below to indicate whether or not you will be able to attend.
