Re: Singing Lessons for Students
Your child saw a demonstration on a variety of instruments today at school and has expressed an interest in starting singing lessons this term.
The costs for lessons varies according to the size of groups. These range from:
Individual lessons £12.00 per half hour lesson
Groups of two £6.00 per half hour lesson
Groups of three £4.00 per half hour lesson
Groups of four £3.00 per half hour lesson
The lessons will be organised into terms of ten weeks and payment for the ten week course of lessons will be made at the first lesson of the term. Initially, lessons will be taught in groups of two or three, and then, at a later stage, parents may wish to move to individual lessons for their son or daughter.
Mrs Fane will be able to speak to parents at the parents’ meeting on Tuesday 9 September at 6pm where the following issues will be discussed:
• Fees
• Music
• Practising
• Style of lessons
• General music provision at Longhill
If you wish your son/daughter to have singing lessons at the school, please complete the tear off slip at the foot of this letter and return it to Mr J Reeves with the payment for the first ten weeks lessons.
