Re: Brighton & Hove Schools Cross Country Championship – Tuesday 13 January 2009

Your son/daughter has been selected to represent Longhill at the above championships.  Students will be taken to and from Waterhall by minibus, leaving school at 12.00pm and returning at approximately 4.00pm. Students may be collected from Waterhall at 3.15pm.                .

Students will race in their school PE kit and a limited number of running spikes will be available.  It can get very muddy on the course and therefore we would suggest that students run in football boots.  We also recommend that students take a tracksuit/jogging pants and sweatshirt in order to keep warm prior to the race.
