At the end of last term Jenner House finished the school year with the most House Credits. As a reward for their efforts, Jenner House students will be rewarded with a trip to Thorpe Park on Tuesday 29 September.
The trip will cost £23.00 to cover admission and travel to and from Thorpe Park by coach. Students will be required to be at school for 8am at the latest as the coach will be leaving promptly at 8.15am, and will return to the school by 6pm. Students will need to arrange their own transport home from Longhill in the evening and should bring a packed lunch with them on the day. Students are not required to wear uniform for this outing.
There is no loud speaker system at Thorpe Park so I would appreciate if you would discuss with your son/daughter the importance of listening to staff instructions regarding meeting times and other information given to them on the day of the trip. They will be clearly told and shown where a member of staff will be stationed if they are needed. It is vital that each student meets at the correct time and place so departure time is not held up and other students are not inconvenienced. Students will be asked to stay in small groups around the park.
If you would like your son/daughter to attend the House Reward Trip, please complete the permission slip below and return it with payment to the Cashier’s office no later than Friday 18 September.
