Thank you very much for keeping up-to-date with the payments.
I have now been able to organise a date with Equity Travel, when they will give a presentation about the ski resort, along with the staff involved who will answer any questions you may wish to ask.
I have the pleasure of inviting you to the School Hall on Thursday 19 November 2009 at 7.00pm. Also present on that evening will be a ski clothing hire firm ‘Ski 3 Up’ who are a very competitive company in the ski hire market. They will put on a display as well as giving a presentation. You will be able to purchase or hire clothing and accessories on the evening.
I have now been asked by Equity Travel to collect some information about your son / daughter so we can progress with planning.
Enclosed are a number of forms, two of which need to be completed and returned to Mrs Moore by Monday 2 November at the latest. These are for the application of the group passport and health data required for taking children abroad. We also need 4 passport photographs and you also need to apply for the new European Health Insurance Cards (EMIC’s) available at the Post Office, or online. This can take up to 3 weeks if your child does not already have one.

Please ensure that items 1 – 3 above are complete and returned, together in this envelope, by Mon 2 November at the latest to Mrs Moore in the Tech office or T25. As you can see, they contain essential information for taking your child abroad and must, therefore, be completed promptly and accurately.
Please can I remind you that all monies should be paid by Friday 20 November 2009.
