Dear Parent/ Carer
I am pleased to inform you that your son/ daughter has been selected to go on the Geography Trip to Paris from Friday 27 to Sunday 29 November 2009.
To confirm that you wish your son/ daughter to attend, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £50 to Mrs Hazell in the Cashier’s Office by Monday 12 October. This will leave an outstanding balance of £157, which will need to be paid by Friday 13 November 2009.
I know this does not give you much time, but the travel company needs the money urgently to confirm the booking. As there has been considerable interest in this trip I would ask that you pay this deposit by this date or your child’s place will be offered to those pupils on the reserve list.
Please also be reminded that your son/ daughter will need their own passport for the trip as the geography department will not be organising a group passport.
