It is with great pleasure that I invite you and «Forename» to the Longhill GCSE Certificate Presentation Evening on Wednesday 25 November 2009.
On the evening seating will be reserved by House group. I would ask that parents accompany students in sitting in the appropriate areas. I would be grateful if you could return the slip overleaf as soon as possible to allow us to organise this.
You are invited to arrive at 6.00pm when refreshments will be available; the presentation ceremony will start at 6.30pm.
We would like to celebrate the last occasion that we will be together as a school in style, so it will be a reasonably formal affair. The evening’s proceedings will be photographed and you will have the opportunity to purchase these photographs later in the year.
