Re: Early closure for Year 10 Mentoring Afternoon – Tuesday 1 December 2009
As you may be aware from the Autumn Term Student Calendar there is a Year 10 Mentoring Afternoon on Tuesday 1 December 2009.
To enable teaching staff to meet with parents of Year 10 Students the school will be closing early on this day.
Students in Years 7, 8, 9 and 11 will be given a Study Afternoon where they will be expected to work at home. Students should return to their Mentors for registration at 12.45 and will then be dismissed at approximately 1pm. For students in receipt of free school meals, an opportunity to purchase food will be available during the morning break. Unfortunately, school buses will not be available and students will be required to make their own way home.
