Re: Early closure for Year 9 Mentoring Afternoon – Tuesday 23 November 2010
As you may be aware from the Summer Term Student Calendar there is a Year 9 Mentoring Afternoon on Tuesday 23 November 2010.
To enable teaching staff to meet with parents of Year 9 Students the school will be closing early on this day.
Students in Years 7, 8, 10 and 11 will be given a Study Afternoon where they will be expected to work at home. Students should return to their Mentors for registration at 12.45 and will then be dismissed at approximately 1pm. For students in receipt of free school meals, an opportunity to purchase food will be available during the morning break. Unfortunately, school buses will not be available and students will be required to make their own way home.
