Dear Parent/Carer
Re: Arrangements for the End of Term Events and Early Closure.
I am writing to wish you a very Merry Christmas and to inform you of the arrangements for the end of the term.
On Friday 17 December 2010 students will be dismissed at 1pm. There will not be any hot food available at lunchtime, so students will be allowed to use their free school meals pass at morning break.
Unfortunately we are unable to arrange buses for this early closure, so you will need to make alternative arrangements for your son/daughter’s travel home.
The following is a schedule of events that will be taking place at the end of term.
Thursday 16 December Student Showcase 3.00pm – 4.00pm. Main Hall.
Friday 17 December Last day of term – Assemblies and presentation of the Golden Ticket award.
The new school term will begin at 8.20am on Tuesday 4 January 2011.
