From Spring 2011, Parents are able to use the sQuid E-Payments system to send money to the school. It may be to pay for School Dinners (Cashless Catering) or to pay money for a trip or event. You should have received a letter from the school with details of how to register to use the sQuid payments system. Once registered, you can use this link to log in to sQuid:
How to create your own online sQuid account:1. Register your sQuid registration number and 3 digit security code as follows: Your 16 digit sQuid registration number is: (Your unique reg no) Your 3 digit security code is: (Your unique code no) - The school would have issued your 16 digit sQuid number and 3 digit security code. However if you have lost these please contact the school. Student Services will be able to issue a new letter to your child.
- These codes are individual to you and your family. The school will only have access to check balances if there is a question about credit being available to your child.
2. Go to the sQuid web page squidcard.com/smartid where you will find the details for Longhill’s page. Or you can go to Longhill’s school website where you will find a direct link to sQuid.
3. Select “Register with sQuid” to view the web page that outlines how to create an account and register your unique sQuid registration number.
4. Create a sQuid account by registering your details and create your own Username, Password and security question and answer.
Once you have created a sQuid account and registered your sQuid registration number you will also be able to manage your sQuid account online at anytime and be able to:
- Check your account balance
- Top up your account from your bank account, credit or debit card
- View your transactions
- Update your details
- Look up trips
