sQuid Payments

From Spring 2011, Parents are able to use the sQuid E-Payments system to send money to the school.

It may be to pay for School Dinners (Cashless Catering) or to pay money for a trip or event.

You should have received a letter from the school with details of how to register to use the sQuid payments system. Once registered, you can use this link to log in to sQuid:

How to create your own online sQuid account:

1. Register your sQuid registration number and 3 digit security code as follows:

Your 16 digit sQuid registration number is: (Your unique reg no)
Your 3 digit security code is: (Your unique code no)
  • The school would have issued your 16 digit sQuid number and 3 digit security code. However if you have lost these please contact the school. Student Services will be able to issue a new letter to your child.
  • These codes are individual to you and your family. The school will only have access to check balances if there is a question about credit being available to your child.

2. Go to the sQuid web page squidcard.com/smartid where you will find the details for Longhill’s page.  Or you can go to Longhill’s school website where you will find a direct link to sQuid.
