Vacancy - Deputy Inclusion Manager

NJC Scale 6 – £23,398 – £24,964 pro rata


Full time (37 hours per week) term-time only

Longhill High School has begun a journey to outstanding and we are looking for enthusiastic and inspiring staff to join us.


This is a unique and exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to work within a diverse and forward thinking Inclusion Department. The role will be primarily within the Focus Centre Inclusion unit. This role is for a lead professional within the Focus Centre and within this role will be the responsibility to manage, facilitate and review day to day interventions of the Focus Centre. It is an ever changing and developing environment that requires a leader that can adapt to the needs of Longhill High school. The team is diverse and experienced team of professionals who require leadership and guidance. The successful candidate will be required to have relevant experience in dealing with group dynamics, individual interventions and coordinating individual programmes.
